Our current fermentation equipment allows us to produce 1.5
million litres of liquid sourdough per year.
We have decided to invest in a new plant to double this capacity
by year 2001.
Our liquid products are carefully tested and analyzed during
the fermentation process and after their conditionning by
our laboratory in order to ensure steadiness and high quality
level of production.
We are always keen on elaborating new products in order to
propose to our customers a range adapted to their needs.
