This product is obtained through the drying of a mix of wheat germ and wheat flour fermented as a sourdough. It improves the suppleness of the dough, gives a light colouring and a better aspect to the crumb and improves the shelf life of your final products.

Ingredients : 
Devitalized wheat germ and wheat flour sourdough in powder form
 
Application : 
White and special bread, baguette, rusk, ciabatta, biscuit, pizza
